Winspu KM1 Kiosk Thermal Printer Module

Winspu recently will release a new development of KM1 Kiosk thermal printer module, which is widely used in self-service Vending machines, ATMs, queue systems, healthcare solutions, etc.

For self-service kiosk implementations, printed output - a ticket, receipt, or coupon - is often the final step in the customer transaction. This makes the choice of printer critical for vendors: a malfunctioning printer means a dead kiosk, lost revenue, and unhappy customers. A kiosk printer must provide constant and dependable service, no matter where the kiosk is located. For outdoor implementations, printers must withstand a wide range of operating temperatures and conditions. And, with thousands of units commonly deployed, maintenance and repair are major considerations. Therefore, high reliability and easy maintainance are quite important for a Kiosk thermal printer module.

In our development, a special paper autocutter design (the movable cutter is on the upper side) will be employed in this Kiosk thermal printer module, and paper jam can be easily eliminated by opening the upper cover. Therefore, it is superior over the traditional method of moving the gear to withdraw the cutter manually.

With optional two-sided paper end sensors, optional label gap detection, this Kiosk thermal printer module is applicable for self-service vending machines. Another important feature is that we will design this Kiosk thermal printer module with 80mm and 200mm paper roll diameter optional, which greatly reduces paper roll changing process, and makes it suitable for self-service system.
